Description

Grapes harvested by hand starting from the last ten days of September. Obtained with the traditional technique of ripasso, through the natural refermentation of Valpolicella Classico on the pomace of Recioto for about 7 days. Refines in large barrels for 6 months and then in bottle for 8 months.

Tasting

Cherry, plum, aromatic herbs and spices are the prelude to a fresh and savoury mouth.
