Valtellina Superiore Riserva “Casa La Gatta” DOCG 2017

Born from the best selection of mountain Nebbiolo, thanks to the strong temperature variations and the richness of the noble tannin extracts released by the grapes, Riserva La Gatta is a rich and mature red. Carry out a maceration on the skins for 15-17 days in 130 hl stainless steel fermenters with automatic punchers. Three delestages at a controlled temperature of 29°C. Aged in large and small oak barrels for 24 months.

Cherry red tending towards garnet with aging; Very elegant, spicy nose, with notes of dried fruit and ripe cherry; full and complex sip, with good acidity, with a delicate tannic texture and a long and warm finish.

Ideal companion for important second courses and cheeses.
