Description

Grapes harvested in the first week of October in the presence of noble rot. Destemming and cold maceration for 24 hours, soft pressing and static clarification of the must. Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 16/20°C, until reaching 13.5% alcohol content and stopped with the aid of cold. Aging in steel tanks in contact with yeasts for 6 months and a further 6 months in barriques. It is then bottled without filtration.
