Description

Manual harvest in boxes; soft pressing, static decanting and tapping; fermentation in steel at 18/20°C conducted by selected yeasts; maturation for at least 4 months in steel, refinement for 4 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep yellow color with green veins; intense nose with spicy and fruity notes; fresh and savory sip, with good structure and persistence.
