Manual harvest at the beginning of October; white vinification with cleaning of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature; matures for 4 months in concrete barrels, refines for one month in the bottle.

Characteristic color pale straw yellow with greenish reflections; nose of fresh fruit (apple, citrus, peach); dry and clean sip with great balance and vibrant acidity.

Cold seafood appetizers, molluscs and crustaceans, grilled white meats.
