From the old Fogliano vineyard, of approximately four hectares. Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures, maturation in vitrified concrete. Bottle refinement for a minimum of 3 months.
Straw yellow color with green reflections; intense, complex nose, with floral and fruity notes; rich, savory, fresh and persistent sip, with hints of chlorophyll.
Fish dishes, grilled vegetables, white meats.
