Description

From approximately 70-year-old vineyards, an important, complex wine, which spends 140 months aging on the lees between steel and concrete, plus another 10 months in the bottle and is produced only in virtuous years.

Tasting

Golden yellow colour, on the palate it is vigorous and very persistent; on the nose it releases balsamic and iodine notes, accompanied by caramel, honey, dried fruit, and a vast floral bouquet. He is not afraid of the years.

Pairings

Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, grilled or roasted white meats, foie gras, medium-aged cheeses.
