Description

Drying for 30 days, crushing, destemming, pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C for approximately 15/18 days and aging in barriques for 10/12 months

Tasting

Bright amber color; nose of vanilla, dehydrated fruit, candied fruits, raisins; sweet sip of jam and ripe fruit, blended and embellished by the clean tannins, made elegant by aging in wood.

Pairings

Dry pastries, medium and long matured cheeses.
