Vermentino
The harvested grapes are left to cold macerate on the skins for approximately 8 hours, after which they ferment in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine ages on the fine lees for approximately 4 months.
Straw yellow colour. The nose opens with hints of ripe yellow fruit, especially apricot and peach, with notes of acacia flowers and Mediterranean scrub, salty and balsamic. The sip is fresh and vertical, full-bodied, with a long and persistent almond finish where the ripe fruit returns.
