Description

The grapes, harvested by hand in small crates, are pressed whole. The must, after a short cold decantation, begins spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. It remains in steel for 6 months on the fine lees and is then bottled without filtration.

Tasting

clear, intact, juicy, smells of citrus fruits and white flowers, has an elegant profile with a good final length. It lends itself to evolution for 5-6 years
