Description

Manual harvest in crates in the first ten days of October; separate vinification for each parcel; soft pressing, static decantation of the free-run must, fermentation in steel and concrete tanks at a controlled temperature of 16/18°C, for approximately three weeks. The assembled wine matures for 6 months in concrete or steel, depending on the vintage; ages for 4 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; complex nose with fruity and floral notes of citrus, anise, almond; dry, fresh and savory sip, with a very persistent mineral sensation.

Seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, grilled fish, white meats.
