Description

Manual harvest in crates; soft pressing, static decantation of the free-run must, fermentation in steel tanks, and subsequent rest for 3 months on the fine lees. All phases are carried out away from oxygen, in environments saturated with inert gas to preserve the primary and secondary aromas. Bottle refinement for 3 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intense and delicate nose of white flowers, jasmine, orange and grapefruit, apple and pear, with notes of tropical fruit; fresh and harmonious sip, with softness and flavor in excellent balance.

Aperitif, seafood salads, appetizers, baked fish.
