Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection of bunches; the grapes are macerated in the press for 2/3 hours in reduction; fermentation in steel with temperature control, maturation in steel for 18 months, refinement in bottle for 12 months.

Tasting

Bright golden yellow color; complex and intriguing nose of mandarin, white pumpkin and tamarind, on a mineral background; harmonious, vibrant and persistent sip.

Seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, raw fish, grilled fish, slightly mature cheeses.
