Description

The grapes are processed whole bunches and macerated on the skins for eight days, then pressed and fermented in 115- and 220-liter wine globes and several 54-liter demijohns. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages on the fine lees for a year in glass before being blended. The final wine is bottled in the spring two years after the harvest, without filtration or fining.

Tasting

With a delicate crimson red color, the wine presents delicate notes of wild strawberry paired with pomegranate and blueberry. The palate is pure and ethereal with a distinct, crisp minerality, along with savory and salty notes with a crystalline character. The tannins are elegant and austere.
