Vigna Zis Pinot Nero Riserva Alto Adige DOC, 2018

The selected, late hand-picked grapes are fermented in large wooden vats; once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine rests for at least a year in tonneaux, divided between new and second-passage barrels; ageing ends with a period of rest in the bottle.

Garnet ruby red colour with orange reflections; nose of strawberries, raspberries, plums and cherries; intense and robust, pulpy and velvety, spicy character on the palate.
