“Vigneto Bucerchiale” Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG 2015

From the only Selvapiana vineyard with south-west exposure, a reserve produced only in the best years, with manual harvesting. Vinification in steel tanks thermoregulated at 30/32 degrees, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, frequent pumping over and maceration for approximately 30 days. Aging for 15 months in French oak barriques, 10% of which are new.

Intense ruby ​​red colour; elegant and fruity nose, of cherry and raspberry, with notes of red flowers and sweet spices, and a delicate hint of tobacco. Well balanced sip, with a long and clean finish.
