Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection of bunches; fermentation with maceration for 12/14 days; the two varieties mature in different barrels, 8 months in steel for the Piedirosso, 10 months in second passage barriques for the Aglianico; assembly of the masses in steel, refinement in bottle for 6 months.

Tasting

Ruby red colour, nose of blackberries and sour cherries, with notes of iodine, wisteria and lavender; fresh sip, with exuberant tannins, savory and harmonious.

Pairings

Ground appetizers, grilled white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
