Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; elegant nose of pear and apple, with notes of elderflower, wildflowers and mallow; fruity, complex and harmonious sip, with good structure, elegance and persistence.
Land and seafood appetizers, cured cured meats, medium-aged cheeses.
