After harvesting the grapes, the winemaking takes place inside the cellar located a few meters from the cultivated area. Once fermentation is complete, aging lasts for at least 24 months and is carried out in oak barrels located in the fourteenth-century cellars of the historic center of Montepulciano and in the San Biagio cellar.
Ruby red colour; on the nose hints of red fruits and citrus fruits, with balsamic notes and light toasting. The sip has good structure and concentration, soft with velvety tannins.
