Mainly Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile)
Grapes harvested by hand exclusively in the best years. Soft destemming, fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 15-18 days. Aged for at least 3 years of which 24 months in wood and 6 months in the bottle.
Ruby red color, which tends towards garnet with aging; the nose is complex, with notes of violet and spices; in the mouth it is dry, with soft tannins, balanced and long-lasting.
