Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva DOCG, 2019

Manual harvesting with selection of the best bunches in the vineyard; separate vinification for each plot; spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts; short maceration with controlled temperature. The wine then matures for 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by at least 6 months in the bottle.

Intense ruby red colour, enthralling tertiary aromas with hints of dried violets and roses and the scent of fresh sage. With each sip it offers even deeper notes, including those of juicy ripe black cherry and fresh tobacco. A full, pure, balanced and long-lived wine.

First courses with game sauces, barbecued red meats, mature cheeses.
