Description

A pure Viognier grown in clayey, calcareous soils according to the dictates of organic farming. The harvest is mechanical and after the selection of the bunches the maceration takes place followed by the alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine ages on the lees and then in steel.

Tasting

Of a beautiful bright straw yellow; fruity notes emerge on the nose, especially apricot, and floral aromas; on the sip it is dry, warm and soft with excellent balance and harmony.

Pairings

This Viognier prefers fresh and light dishes. Ideal as an aperitif, with herbal appetizers, seasonal salads, white meats, Indian cuisine.
