Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; destemming, spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 30 days in medium-sized wooden vats, with immersion of the cap 4/5 times a day; the wine matures for 12 months in 15/20hl wooden barrels.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow colour, with a strong aroma of wild flowers and hay, and notes of green tea leaves; savory, intense and persistent sip.
