Manual harvesting in boxes in the first half of September; soft pressing, decanting of the free-run juice for 18 hours at 10°C; fermentation at a temperature of 16/18°C in steel vats; the wine matures in stainless steel barrels.
Greenish yellow colour; intense, fruity nose with hints of ripe fruit and citrus fruits; fresh, savoury, balanced and full-bodied on the palate.
Seafood, white meat, medium-aged cheese.
