Description

Manual harvest in boxes, soft pressing, static decantation, tapping, fermentation in steel with selected yeasts at 18/20°C; the wine rests in steel until the following autumn, when it is bottled with the addition of new must for refermentation in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, veiled by its yeasts and with a thick foam; nose of white and yellow flowers, with citrus and spicy notes; fresh and acidic sip, with enveloping and silky bubbles.

Aperitif, cured meats and cheeses, fried fish, pizza.
