Manual harvesting of the grapes and direct whole bunch pressing; separation of the skins, spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts or temperature control; the wine matures in steel on the fine lees for approximately 8 months.

Orange-pink colour; nose of grapefruit and raspberry, with mineral notes and hints of aromatic herbs; fresh and dynamic sip, with good flavor and acidity.

Aperitif, shellfish, cured meats and cheeses.
