Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; rosé vinification, with brief contact with the skins; maturation in steel for approximately 9 months.
Bright salmon pink color; fresh and fruity nose, of ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry; mineral and refreshing sip, juicy, with fruity returns, with pleasant acidity.
Cold cuts and cheeses, white meats, fish soups.
