Description

Produced exclusively in the best years, after a careful selection of the bunches the grapes are left to dry for three months in boxes before being pressed. Decantation of the must and spontaneous fermentation in new tonneaux, where the wine then matures for 24 months.

Tasting

Golden yellow color with amber reflections. Intense and persistent aroma reminiscent of apricot, jam, honey, dried fruit and candied fruit. Of great complexity and freshness, density and intensity, with perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.

Pairings

Extra-dark chocolate, dried fruit, dry sweets in general; excellent with blue and spicy cheeses.
