Cantina Marilina

Val di Noto is among the windiest and sunniest areas in Sicily, which allows the grapes to ripen perfectly and healthily. The vineyards insist on white calcareous soils which, together with the climatic conditions and proximity to the sea, determine the character of the wines; Nero d’Avola, Moscato and Grecanico are the varieties on which production has focused. In the winery, long macerations in concrete tanks, few interventions, light filtrations and no clarification, restore all the authenticity of an extraordinary territory in the glass.
