The History
Since 2000, Pasquale and Elisabetta have taken care of the family farm, managing 15 hectares of olive trees, fig trees and vineyards, mainly from Fiano and Aglianico, located along the Acquasanta stream, on the hilly slopes of Mount Stella.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyard lands are located on an alluvial plain, clayey in nature and rich in marl and sandstone. The entire process is carried out organically, minimizing the impact on the field and carrying out simple and natural winemaking, with spontaneous fermentations and precisely acestateing the transformations.
