The History
The Enò-Trio family project was started in 2013 on the northern hills of Etna. With the wealth of 40 years of experience from his father and three decades of work as an agronomist and oenologist, Nunzio Puglisi founded his winery together with his daughters, Stefany and Desirèe, with the aim of personally creating labels that fully capture the characteristics of an extraordinary territory like that of Etna.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyards extend over 3 hectares divided into 6 plots, embracing three different districts between Randazzo and Bronte, located on the North-West side of Etna, where uncontaminated nature predominates. This volcanic area offers notable temperature variations and lower humidity than other slopes, with an altitude of the vineyards from 650 to 1,100m above sea level. The approach followed both in the vineyard and in the winery is completely artisanal and natural, including hoeing, grape pressing and labeling carried out by hand.
