Punta Aria

Vulcano, the southernmost island of the Aeolian archipelago, is home to the Punta Aria organic estate; it has been hosted by Mauro Pollastri since 2014, born in Milan but adopted by the island. The only active winery on the island, it remained abandoned for 50 years, until Mauro’s father purchased the land and renovated the vineyards in the 1990s. Here the sun, the sea breezes, the quiet and the Malvasia delle Lipari reign.
