Tenuta Cafaggiolo

Historically linked to the Medici family, Tenuta Cafaggiolo proudly pays homage to a wine production dating back to the 15th century, immersed in the greenery of the Mugello valley, north of Florence. After almost six centuries, mainly Pinot Noir is produced here, as well as small quantities of Chardonnay; the cultivation follows organic methods, the fermentations are spontaneous and for the red wines they take place in oak vats; no filtration is performed, in order to preserve the full potential of the raw material.
