Description

Manual harvest, red vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 24-28°C; maturation in French tonneaux for at least 3/6 months and bottle ageing.

Tasting

Ruby red in colour with amaranth hues; the nose has intense aromas of berries, especially blackberries and blueberries; the sip releases fruity notes of long persistence, with a velvety smooth taste.

Red meat, first courses with meat sauce, mature cheeses.
