Grapes harvested manually at full ripeness; red vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C, and subsequent malolactic fermentation; maturation in 500l oak barrels for a variable period depending on the vintage; bottle refinement.

Intense ruby ​​red colour; nose of flowers and ripe red fruit, notes of vanilla and tobacco; full-bodied and structured sip, with a nice acidity that gives balance and freshness.
