Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional white winemaking without the use of external yeasts; matures in tonneaux for 6 months and refines in bottle for 4 months.

Clear straw yellow color with amber reflections; on the nose complex hints of ripe fruit, white chocolate, vanilla and flint; the sip is rich, full, long and harmonious.
