Averado Pinot Nero Toscana IGT 2019

Grapes harvested by hand and carefully selected at the sorting tables. The wine ferments for 18/25 days in open French oak barrels at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is left in third or fourth passage French oak barriques for the next 12 months. It is then transferred to concrete tanks, where it undergoes a natural purification process, which allows filtration to be avoided. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to rest for another 6 months.

Intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections; elegant nose with hints of cherry, raspberry and spicy notes. Crispy and fruity on the palate, with medium structure, with well-present tannins and good acidity and persistence.

Tuscan appetizers, grilled red and white meats, cured meats and mature cheeses.
