Description

Manual harvest in small perforated crates, with selection of the bunches in the vineyard. Maceration in steel for 20 days, with periodic manual punching down; matures for 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and for 3 months in steel tanks; refines in bottle at least 15 months before marketing.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; fresh nose with notes of red fruits and flowers, accompanied by the background of sweet spiciness of the large wood. Sip of pleasant acidity and pleasant tannin, with good persistence.

Grilled meats, roasts, stews, mature cheeses.
