Nebbiolo
Manual harvest in boxes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures; It matures for 12 months in 25 hectoliter barrels with an age between three and 7 years; refines for a few months in the bottle.
Ruby red color with light orange reflections. The aromas are broad and enveloping, in the mouth it is austere, but the ripe tannins of the grapes from old vineyards make it soft, long in the finish and satisfying just a few months after bottling.
