Description

Manual harvesting with selection of bunches in the vineyard; maceration in wooden vats for 40 days with a submerged cap; matures for 20 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and for 2 months in steel tanks; refines in bottle for at least 26 months before being put on the market. Not filtered or clarified.

Tasting

Ruby red color tending towards garnet; spicy and floral nose, with notes of blackcurrant and undergrowth; intense and structured sip, with soft and ripe tannins, accompanied by pleasant acidity. Long and persistent finish.
