Barbera “Le Rose” Nizza Riserva DOCG 2016

Wine obtained from rigorous selection of grapes already in the vineyard and late harvest to obtain maximum concentration. This is followed by a long maceration on the skins and refinement for a minimum of 36 months in French oak barrels, which smooth out the rough edges of the wine allowing it to reach complete maturation.

Intense ruby ​​red color with light violet reflections; notes of black cherry, coffee and cocoa stand out on the nose. On the palate it is full, austere and velvety with a rich and silky finish.

It is a good companion for structured dishes of meat, game, mature or blue cheeses.
