Description

The grapes, selected and harvested by hand in October, destemmed and pressed, ferment in steel with the skins for 8/10 days; the wine matures for 6 months in steel tanks and refines for 3 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Fruity and pleasantly spicy Bardolino, with a moderate alcohol content and a good character.

Grilled white meats, fish soups, medium-aged cheeses.
