Description

Crushing and destemming, maceration with skins for about 10 days, fermentation at a maximum temperature of 29/31°C. After racking, the wine is left to age in 500 and 300 liter French Allier wood barrels for approximately 2 years. Complete maturation in stainless steel before bottling, without filtration.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with light orange reflections; broad and intense nose, complex and ethereal, with hints of red fruits and spices. Full, warm, delicate and round sip, with harmonious tannins and great persistence.
