Nebbiolo
Crushing and destemming, maceration with skins for approximately 10 days at a maximum temperature of 29/31°C. After racking, the wine is left to age in oak barrels for approximately 18 months. Complete maturation in stainless steel before bottling, without filtration. Aging in bottles laid down for at least 6 months.
Intense ruby red color with light orange reflections; broad and intense nose, complex and ethereal, with hints of red fruits and spices. Full, warm, delicate and round sip, with harmonious tannins and great persistence.
Red meats, braised meats, game, truffles, mature cheeses.
