Manual harvest with selection of bunches in the vineyard; maceration for 20 days in steel tanks, with daily punching down of the cap; matures for 32 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and for 1 month in steel tanks; refines for six months in the bottle. No filtration or clarification.

Brilliant ruby ​​red colour; broad and balsamic, elegant nose of fruit and spices: pepper, jam, cherry in alcohol, thyme, geranium and violet. Very fresh and powerful on the palate, with very fine tannins, good body and a long finish.
Grilled meats, game, mature cheeses.
