From old 40-year-old vines, the grapes harvested at the end of September are destemmed and softly pressed; the fermentation takes place in steel at 15°C, with malolactic fermentation carried out. Cold decanting and decanting follow to clean the mass.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose is intense, fine, fruity; with hints of bread crust, passion flower and pineapple. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and flavor, soft, fine.
Fish starters, soups, white meats, fresh cheeses.
