“Bramito” Umbria IGT 2023

Bramito comes from the vineyards of the ancient castle. Chardonnay has found an ideal terroir here, with a soil rich in fossils and clay, which give it a marked minerality and elegance. The winemaking takes place partly in steel, where the wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, and partly in wood with malolactic fermentation completed.

It has a straw yellow color. On the nose, notes of white flowers prevail followed by slightly citrus scents. Crisp on the palate, with good body and great drinkability. Savory and mineral finish.

Fish and vegetable starters, mushroom and seafood risotto, fish or white meat main courses.
