Description

Manual collection in small boxes; drying and freezing of the grapes below 0°C, pressing. Fermentation and aging in barriques on its own lees for 36 months. Bottle refinement for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Intense golden yellow wine. The nose is intense, fruity, of yellow fruit, honey, dried fruit, spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, delicious and velvety, sweet at the right point.
