BottlesDestemming of the bunches, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26/28°C; 8/10 days in contact with the skins using different delestages; racking once alcoholic fermentation is complete. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out in steel or concrete, maturation on the fine lees partly in cement and partly in wood.
Ruby red colour; nose of strawberry and raspberry, with balsamic notes; round and fragrant sip, excellent drinkability.
First courses of land, red meats.
