BottlesWine obtained from Sangiovese grapes, produced on the winery’s own land in Montalcino, located at various altitudes from 250 to 400 meters above sea level. Fermentation is traditional and carried out in wooden and steel vats for 20-25 days. Refinement follows for 36 months in oak barrels with a capacity of 10 to 33 hl.
Intense garnet red colour, tending towards ruby; intense vinous aroma, with characteristic hints of morello cherry, blackcurrant, light vanilla. The taste is tannic, fine and delicate, broad, of medium length on the palate, harmonious.
Roast meat, game, mature cheeses, cured meats.
